Tasting notes
- A brilliant crystalline appearance with a high level of glycerine
- Very intense aromas. Very clean, well defined with Albariño varietal notes and Golden Delicious apples and vine flowers coming to the fore against a backdrop of orange citrussy notes. With great elegance, typical of aguardientes in which only the hearts are used and distilled twice. Good development while in the glass.
- A silky entry on the palate and a texture showing great volume. Good backbone and finish, which with the warmth refines all the flavours. A fragrance of grapes. Deep.
