Our Philosophy

Since the very beginning, our aim at Pazo de señorans has been clear and simple: transform the fruit given to us by Mother Nature into a varietal wine of great character. The Albariño grape variety brings aroma, structure and acidity, which form the basis of our two brands, Pazo señorans and Pazo señorans Selección de Añada.

We work our vines with great care and monitor closely those from which we buy-in our grapes to be sure that when the grapes are picked they are perfectly ripe and healthy.
