NOSE Intense, complex in nose in which both primary and tertiary aromas show through: varietal highlights of ripe apple and stone fruit, such as peach and medlar fruit –all combined with elegant mineral notes, well integrated into the whole.
PALATE Great character, firmness and depth come through on the palate with enormous volume in the attack which shows fat and unctuousness with a good balance between acidity and varietal fruit. Great bottle-ageing potential.
